Important Ordering Information

All orders placed by individuals who are not NCIS employees will be delivered to the NCIS building for pickup.

Please note that all sales are final. Due to the custom nature of these items, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available.

All apparel will be processed using either screen printing or DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing methods.

Embroidery is not available at this time.

Due to ongoing inventory shortages and occasional manufacturer discontinuations, some brands, styles, or items may become unavailable after your order is placed. In these situations, customers will be offered either:

  • A complimentary upgrade to a comparable item in a similar color and style, or
  • A full refund for the unavailable item.
