Additional personalization—such as adding a last name to the back—is available for an extra fee. Please provide clear and detailed instructions in the order notes at checkout or e-mail me with order number asap with the personalization you would like and to which apparel item.

Once your customization request is reviewed, you will receive a revised invoice reflecting any additional charges. Please make sure the phone number and email address entered with your order are correct in case I need to contact you with questions.
